Mortha Mariam Vanitha Samajam

MMVS (Marth Mariam Vanitha Samajam) is one of the major spiritual organization of the Orthodox church for all the female members of the church. The patron saint of MMVS is St. Mary the Theotokos and was founded in 1920 under the patronage of Late Very Rev. M.C. Kuriakose Ramban and leadership of K.M. Annamma and coworkers.

Activities

  • Pray and intercede for the church, its activities and for the sick and needy. 
  • Serve as Sunday School and OVBS teachers. 
  • Participate in Diocesan level and regional level activities and examinations. 
  • Participate in charitable activities that are conducted throughout the year and helping people all across the world through different collections. 
  • Organize fundraising events to support various church activities.
